World Of Warcraft Taming High Level Pets Guide

If you ever have trouble trying to tame a high level or rare pet
that keeps getting you kill before you can finish taming it, you
have a way to go around it if you have the ice-trap skill.

Before you attempt to cast the tame beast spell, set up your
ice-trap and back away some distance so that the trapped beast
cannot attack you. Cast the tame beast at the selected target
and when the beast comes charging, it will be trapped and it won't
be able to attack you while you finish taming it.

Try it and before long, you will have a high level pet following
you around killing your enemies.
